The cooking event that we organized at Micropolis on Wednesday 19/10 had a great success.

There were a lot of attenders, who seem to have enjoyed the food, since there was not enough for everybody.

Despite being tired we had a great time. We thank you and hope to see you soon.

Η Δράση για την Άγρια Ζωή συμμετείχε στην 1η Οικογιορτή Γαλλικού ποταμού που έγινε στο Καλοχώρι στις 8 και 9-10-2011 με περιβαλλοντικά παιχνίδια για τους μικρούς φίλους.

On October 4th an eagle owl was found tangled in a kite string hanging from a pine tree by some ramblers. The fire department who was informed of the unfortunate event contacted us and a rescue operation was put together straight away. Once rescued the bird was given first aid for the first couple of days at Thessaloniki before being sent to the Hellenic Wildlife Hospital (EKPAZ). The eagle owl is now in an aviary to regain strength and will hopefully be realeased back into the wild soon.

Στο πλαίσιο των εκδηλώσεων της Πανευρωπαϊκής Γιορτής των Πουλιών 2011 η Δράση για την Άγρια Ζωή οργάνωσε την Κυριακή 2-10-2011 υπό την αιγίδα της ΕΟΕ και σε συνεργασία με τo Sani Resort παρατήρηση πουλιών και περιήγηση στα έλη της Σάνη στη Χαλκιδική. 

 Παράλληλα επανεντάχθηκαν στην περιοχή ένα νεαρό Μαυροβουτηχτάρι και ένας νεαρός Ασημόγλαρος.

 Πολύ καλή εμπειρία ειδικά λόγω της συμμετοχής μικρών επίδοξων παρατηρητών πουλιών που μας έβαλαν τα "γυαλιά" με τις γνώσεις τους!
