24.09.2023 : It was a day of work today.
There were three foreigner volunteers and one Greek man : Damianos. He is 14yo and his passion is the birds. He has beautiful projects for his future. He is and was really motivated during this day. He helped us a lot.
During the morning, a fireman brought a fox which was very weakened. He is injured in the head. Perhaps he was hit by a car or attacked by another animal because traces of fangs were found at the wound. Sophia came at 5hp.m. to do the second time for the little birds and the babies and to come and look after the fox. The wound was disinfected, he was given vitamins and an anti-hemorrhagic agent and then had a bandage. We are happy with this day because we managed to do all the work in the allotted time.
Well my back took a bit of a toll. After cleaning, the girls arrived from their weekend. They explained their weekend to us, they also visited the museum of illusion, they saw the RedBull F1 event and we had a good evening with Greeks at Café Colombiana. At the end of our work, Quentin went to sort his Magic cards and sat down and I took this time to do my meditation time with a Pilate class, self-massage, journaling, and guided relaxation. I had a few spectators like Mondy or the vulture, always faithful to the post. ahahaha. During my guided meditation there was also Allblack who came to see me all wet.Then, I came back to home and with Quentin we did our greek lessons. We learnt the Greek alphabet. We were motivated ! alpha, vita, rama... We will speak greek at the end of its 6 months. Ahaha.inally, we went to the kitchen to eat a dinner.
